A unit in the stately Santa Fe lofts is available on Sixth Street, right across from Cole’s French Dip. The one-bedroom, one-bath boasts high ceilings, large windows, white walls and black trim, and marble counters in the contemporary kitchen and bath. The building, meanwhile, has a rooftop deck with fire pits and skyline views. It’s renting for $4,000.

Koreatown

The standout space in this two-bedroom, two-bath is the kitchen, which is large enough for entertaining. It’s equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, glossy white cabinets, and an open floor plan that flows into a dining area. Located not too far from LACMA in a complex with an outdoor communal area and a rooftop overlooking LA, it’s renting for $3,925.

This sunny unit is just steps away from Westchester’s dining and shopping and across from the popular breakfast spot The Coffee Company. The two-bedroom, two-bath has an open floor plan, hardwood floors, and windows with pretty vistas out to the mountains. The building has a gym, a pool, and outdoor communal areas. It’s renting for $3,934.

Hollywood

Located on Hollywood Boulevard in one of the neighborhood’s newer apartment complexes, Eastown, this two-bedroom, two-bath has an industrial vibe with a kitchen with subway tile and gray cabinets. The building features a gym, rooftop pool and spa, and a Shake Shack, Dunkin’ Donuts, and Pressed Juicery on the ground-floor. It’s renting for $3,940.
