Bugatti has been taking to Instagram a lot this month to tease the arrival of its new hypercar, "La Voiture Noire." The Chiron-inspired concept whip was first unveiled back in 2019 at the Geneva Motor Show as part of the brand's 110th anniversary.

It's one-of-a-kind and valued at $18 million, making it the most expensive new car of all time.

The car is a contemporary reimagining of the iconic Bugatti Tyle 57SC Atlantic. It's powered by an 8.0 liter, 16-cylinder quad-turbo engine, 1,479 hp with 1,180lb-ft of torque, and boasts a carbon-fiber body with six exhaust pipes at the rear. "La Voiture Noire" is a beast, basically and its design is extremely slick — it looks hyper-futuristic while still retaining the classic design quality you'd expect from Bugatti. Take a closer look in the gallery up top.

As of yet, the owner of this unique car is unknown, although rumors suggest that it belongs to Ferdinand Piech, former VW Group chairman. Check out some teaser concept shots below.
